About your yoga instructor Julie

Yoga, for Julie, is about creating space – creating space in her day to experience more joy and freedom. She believes that taking the time to connect with breath and body is an essential part of healthy living. Julie invites her students to come to their mats with open hearts, open minds and gratitude for the time spent together.

A Holistic Approach

Julie takes a holistic approach to her classes and she encourages the integration of breath with body, mind and spirit. With a strong focus on alignment and foundation, her classes deliver powerful, safe, rhythmic movements through a variety of yoga postures.

Mostly flow-based, you can expect to be challenged and satisfied by the end of your practice together. Julie is a true believer in the transformational power of yoga and her desire is to inspire as many people as she can to discover their own regular practice. A gypsy at heart, Julie’s lived on four continents and explored more than 70 countries! What she knows for sure is that the essence of yoga is about connecting with the BEing that is inside every human.
